Billing questions
Who counts as a member?
A member is someone who has joined your team. Someone who only opens a link you shared and comments on it costs nothing on any plan.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months at once and get two of them free, so Pro comes to $120 per member a year. Yearly and monthly include the same features.
What happens when people join or leave?
Pro is billed per member, and the count follows your team. Stripe prorates the change, so you pay for the days someone was on it.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. A new team gets 30 days of Pro from the day it is created. When the trial ends without a plan, the team keeps its boards and members and goes back to Free.
How do I change plans or cancel?
Team admins manage billing in team settings. Stripe’s billing portal handles cards, invoices, plan changes and cancelling. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can we pay by invoice?
Organization and Enterprise are invoiced yearly. Pro is paid by card through Stripe.
Buying through procurement?
Our accessibility conformance report is public, and our HECVAT is ready for your procurement team. The Organization and Enterprise plans come with a signed data processing agreement. Our security page lists our subprocessors.
