Slack
Post each new request to a Slack channel and keep the conversation in its thread.
What it does
Each new request arrives in the channel you picked as a message, with a button to resolve it or reopen it.
Replies travel both ways. A reply on the board is posted in the message’s thread, and a reply in the thread appears on the board under the Slack person’s name.
Board links pasted in your workspace can unfold into a preview with a picture of the board. Previews are on from the start and can be turned off.
How to connect
- Open your team’s settings and choose Slack.
- Add the app to your workspace.
- Pick the channel requests go to. A private channel needs the app invited first.
